Unsuffering: How It Works

Unsuffering is a coaching framework and method specifically designed to help you get “un-stuck” from the space between how you want things to be and the way things actually are — the space where most mental and emotional suffering is created.

It helps you break free from the cycle of having truly important dreams and aspirations that always seem to remain just out of your reach — because you seem to keep doing what you’ve always done. The cycle happens over and over again, no matter how many times you try or how much “willpower” you bring to the battle.

This cycle creates the experience we know as suffering.

Unsuffering will happen through different stages of the eight-week, virtual-group training— but I fully anticipate that you’ll see positive shifts and improvements in how you experience life within the first couples of weeks.

I will help you experience these improvements as quickly and as painlessly as possible, leveraging the power of transformational insights, neuroscience-based coaching, and community-based learning to bring about effective and lasting life-change.

Think of it as an upgrade to version 3.0 of our human operating system.

Once you see the how your brain’s hidden “protection” system is holding you captive and causing most of your suffering, you become empowered to change things — if you want.

It is a lie we tell ourselves that it’s too late to do something different, that it’s just too hard to change, and that we need to accept the life we’re currently living.

That is simply not true.

A core belief we hold (as part of Unsuffering) is that life does not have to be a never-ending struggle. Unfortunately, most of us have been raised and trained to believe otherwise and that becomes our experience of life — a cycle of suffering and disappointment.

If there is one thing that is true about how the human body and mind work, it is that we are built for adaptation and change. We simply need to see things clearly and what is a the core of our mental and emotional suffering.

Through this program you will learn to see your world differently, respond to life’s challenges differently, and take steps that truly support your mental, physical, and emotional well-being. At the same time, you’ll learn how to move past the self-defeating thoughts and behaviors that have sabotaged your past attempts to create and live the life you desire.

Unsuffering is built around three very simple, yet powerful, models that are designed to create rapid transformation in your mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
